Examples of JDL experience

1. JDL designed, provisioned and deployed one of the largest wireless infrastructures in the country. JDL now remotely monitors and manages this network.

2. JDL planned, configured and integrated one of the largest desktop management deployments in the country. The LANDesk LDMS client operates on 120,000 computers which communicate with five regional servers controlled by a roll-up server to enable intelligent application distribution, patch and OS upgrade management, version and license control, end user support and end user training through remote desktop control.
3. JDL planned, designed and installed a network operations center to satisfy a contract to maintain the network for an enterprise with 200 plus locations. This network operations center is now operated by JDL staff to monitor and manage more than 7,000 network devices for both the wired and wireless infrastructure.
4. JDL has designed and implemented Service Level Management for critical enterprise services for which Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are centrally monitored for availability and performance throughout the enterprise.
5. JDL Technologies implemented Incident and Change Management by configuring and integrating the BMC Remedy Service Desk suite of applications in an enterprise with a service desk of ten support staff who respond to calls from a base of 10,000 end users. JDL also integrated the BMC Atrium CMDB into this enterprise in support of Change Management.
6. JDL designed and implemented remote wireless access to video surveillance resources in schools for the Broward County Police Department in association with IBM. This technology enables responders to review security video footage to determine the location of an emergency or of unauthorized intruders.
7. JDL Technologies deployed the local area network infrastructure for Oakland, California City Schools.
