Non-managed clients should use this form to request general IT support. Complete the form in its entirety and provide as many details as possible. Upon receipt of your fully completed form, we will contact you to schedule service.

Note that time spent on the phone with an engineer is not indicative of the complete time spent on the support request. There are tasks prior to and post phone call.

Support requests are billed at $165.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. We do not store credit card information on this website. All cards are processed through Authorize.net for secure card processing.

Clients are responsible for payment regardless of results. We cannot guarantee that the IT support you are requesting will resolve all problems you are experiencing. JDL Tech is not responsible for losses due to hardware malfunction, software viruses, or other pre-existing conditions, known or unknown.
